How a service call actually goes

No surprises is the whole point. Here is the process, start to finish.

You tell us what is happening

Call or send the form with the address and a short description. The more detail we have up front, the better we can arrive with the right parts on the truck.

We diagnose before we quote

A technician looks at the actual problem instead of quoting off a phone description. You get told what is wrong and what it will take to fix it.

You approve the work before it starts

Once we know what is wrong, we go over the repair and what it will cost with you, and the work starts when you say so. If we open something up and find more, we stop and talk to you rather than running the bill up.

We clean up after ourselves

Drop cloths, shoe covers where they matter, and the debris leaves with us. Your house should look like we were never there, apart from the thing that now works.

Scheduling is set with you when you book, and how a job is priced depends on the work — some jobs are a service call, some are quoted up front. We do not publish arrival-window guarantees we cannot keep on every call. You will be told what we can actually do when you call.
