Construction and maintenance electrical work for plants and facilities

Equipment power, motor control and troubleshooting for operations that cannot afford to sit idle, plus the construction scope when a line, building or process is added.

Scope

Industrial construction and maintenance

Motor-control work is described conservatively: starters, VFDs, equipment feeds, troubleshooting and MCC-related electrical work.
  • Power and feeders for new equipment
  • Motor starters and motor-control troubleshooting
  • VFD installation and replacement
  • MCC-related electrical work
  • Troubleshooting on live facilities
  • Panels, disconnects and switchgear work
  • Planned shutdown and outage work
  • Preventive electrical maintenance programs
  • Equipment moves, re-feeds and decommissioning
  • Plant lighting upgrades
How we work

Working in an operating plant

Find the actual fault first

On a live line, guessing is expensive. We trace the circuit and confirm what is failing before parts get swapped.

Work around production

Planned work is scheduled with your operations team, so outages happen when you choose rather than when the work happens to land.

Safety on energized equipment

Lockout and safe work practices on every job. If something cannot be done safely as asked, we tell you and propose how it can.

Clear about our limits

We do motor-control electrical work, not PLC programming or controls integration. When a job needs a controls specialist, we say so up front.

Request a bid

Send plans. Get a real answer.

We bid commercial, industrial and public utility electrical work for general contractors, construction managers, owners, municipalities and utilities. Send the documents and we will tell you where we stand — including when a project is not a fit.
  1. 01

    Send the invitation

Email the invitation to bid with the project name, location and bid date. Plan room links are fine — so are attachments.

  2. 02

    Include the documents

Plans, specifications, addenda, scope letters and any pre-bid requirements. Tell us which divisions you want us on.

  3. 03

    We review and respond

We confirm receipt, tell you whether the project fits our current workload and geography, and follow up with questions.
