Trades we staff
Electrical
Service and construction electricians, plus helpers working toward a license. Residential service one week and commercial rough-in the next is normal here.
HVAC
Service and installation technicians on residential and commercial equipment. Diagnostic ability matters more to us than how fast someone can swap a part.
Plumbing
Service plumbers and construction plumbers, plus apprentices. Repair work, replacements, and rough-in on new construction.
Licensing requirements depend on the role and the work. Tell us what you hold — license, certifications, years in the trade — and we will tell you what fits.
The standard, in plain terms
You can be left on a job
We need people who can walk into a situation, work out what is actually wrong, and handle it without a supervisor standing behind them.
You talk to customers like a person
Most of our work happens in someone's house or someone's business. Explaining the problem in plain language is part of the job, not an extra.
You work safely, every time
Not when someone is watching. Shortcuts around electrical, gas and mechanical work end careers and worse.
You leave it clean
The customer should not be able to tell where you worked except that the thing now works.
