When it cannot wait for an appointment
Some problems are not a scheduling conversation. If a building has no power, water running loose, or no heat in a freeze, call the office — a phone call gets an urgent problem in front of us far faster than a form.

After-hours emergency service may be available. Call for current availability.
Call 911 first
For fire, smoke, a gas smell, or an electrical shock injury, call 911 or your utility from a safe location before you call us. We are a contractor, not an emergency service — get people safe first, then we will handle the repair.
Call, do not wait for the next opening

What to do while you wait
Make it safe first
If you smell gas, leave the building and call the utility or 911 from outside. If there is fire, smoke, or someone is hurt, call 911 before you call us.
Shut it off if you safely can
For a leak, close the nearest shutoff or the main. For an electrical problem, switch off the affected breaker — not the whole panel if the building needs power elsewhere. Do not open a panel cover.
Have the details ready
Address, what happened, when it started, and whether anything has already been shut off. That is most of what dispatch needs to send the right person.
Keep people away from it
Standing water near electrical equipment, a hot panel, or a failing unit is not something to investigate. Keep it clear until someone qualified is on site.
After-hours emergency service may be available. Call for current availability.
